got the original shield for the gearbox
customized some parts on the throttle body, so there is more space between the manifold and TB, and made a custom heatshield

i forgot to say that there was a nice increase of power with the new manifold. it was worth it. now i have to remove the catalitic converter to gain even more.

Where did you cover the boxes?
Why you have not removed the catalytic converter?
The difference in the engine felt by the driver do you rate the ..?

i will remove the catalytic converter, i had some troubles to install this exhaust, so i didnt had time to make the decat pipe too.
this is the next project already in motion.

the heat from the ehaust manifold is dangerous, so i decided to install the 20v heatshield
i had to make some custom brackets

i started to make the new catalytic converter pipe
i took the flange from the stock cat, and redrilled it to 60.3 inner diameter
i hope to get the new sport cat in a few days, so i can build it up during the weekend
yesterday i also got some new parts...

now the exhaust is finished, i need a good cold air intake
the s2 has and intake for the oil cooler in the right grille in the bumper
here is the plastic s2 intake
now i need the adaptor from the square box to the rounded pipe
perfect fit
tomorrow i fit the pipe
