Hi Skull. Id like to ask you something about A8 switches, which u used. Did you used only plastical "covers" from audi a8 and clipped them on the original A80 switches, or did u use whole switches? Thanks

I used the whole switches, as the back are the same as the original compi ones, except for that they all have leds inside (only seat heating and headlight height control have normal bulbs.) You can only use the faces, they fit the same.

For the headlight height control you have to use an A4 B5 switch, as you can see mine from the A8 dont mach to the others.

$küll : a4 and a8 switches are same? So headlight height control cover from A4 or A8 doesnt fit on original 80 headlight switch?

a4 and a8 switches are all the same, the a8 headlight control switch face is different. the switches behind are all the same.

the a8 has the headlight height control below the steering wheels, and it is smooth, doesent have the "sand" on the face.

look carefull at the headlight switch and at the seat heating switch. you see the difference?

$küll: yep i can see, so do you think that only plastic cover of headlight control from a4 is same as cover from a80?

you need the headlight button from an a4, the others are the same and can be from an a4 or a8.

I bought silver compi 3 months ago for 300 euro ... that guy who sold me this diamond, must be totally stupid , he sold me it with 17inch RS2 wheel, Duplex exhaust by Ulter, new sport car schocks. but paint is very bad, i will repair this car as soon as its possible, i just bought second 16dohc engine and other components:)... Im in love with compis

the only problem with the climatronic is the wiring. i dont have the diagram, but you should be able to find it on the audifieber forum.

I didnt do the wiring, i had a friend that did it for me.
